The easiest way to schedule a massage is to book online. A valid credit card will be required to be securely stored, when doing so. The card will only be charged in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.
Please check your confirmation and reminder emails for important information about accessing the building and to fill out your intake form.

Our books close 24-hours in advance. If you are trying to get in for a massage within the 24-hour window, you can text us at 503-410-3013 to see if there is any availability.

If you are having difficulty finding a time that works for you, add yourself to our waitlist on our booking site (wildmosswellness.janeapp.com). This will allow you to set specific days and times that you are available and we can more easily notify you if something opens up.

We are located on the third floor of the Logus Building, next door to The Grand Stark Hotel.
The entrance is located near the corner of Grand and Washington, between Slow Bar and My Father’s Place. There is a call box where you will enter the door code sent to you via text and email.

We do not have a parking lot, but there is ample street parking. There is free 2-hour parking on MLK in front of Jackson's gas station. You will need the Parking Kitty app for all other street parking.
Please allow yourself enough time to find parking and arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
If you arrive late, you will receive whatever time is left of the appointment and still be responsible to pay the full service fee.

Your intake form should be filled out ASAP after booking.
Consent forms are included in the intake and massage cannot be performed without these consent forms being signed.
If you are using health insurance benefits, or have a motor vehicle accident or worker's comp claim, you will need to provide this information on the intake form.
If your intake is not completed before your appointment, time will be taken out of your session for you to complete it.

Gratuity is never expected. If leaving a tip makes massage unaffordable for you, then please don’t. Leave us a Google review or refer a friend instead!

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within this window, you will be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file, unless you send someone in your place (please notify us of this change) or we are able to rebook your time slot.
If you miss your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card that we require you to keep on file.
If you are trying to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, you must text or email us.
These fees will be out of pocket and cannot be charged to your health insurance or MVA/WC claims.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online through your Jane App account, if it is outside our 48-hour cancellation policy window.
If you are trying to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window, you must text or email us. You will be subject to a late cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file.

After your treatment, your therapist will step out of the room and allow you to get dressed. Once you are fully-dressed, open the door and your therapist will come back in to go over a treatment plan and take payment.

There is an elevator and our massage table is ADA compliant. If you need access to the elevator, please let us know via text or email so we can meet you in the lobby to give you access.
